Kerala B.Pharm Admission 2014 through lateral entry scheme Online Registration started on LBS website for admission to B.Pharm Course through lateral entry scheme in the Government / Self Financing Colleges in the State for the year 2014-15. Last date for B.Pharm Lateral Entry Scheme Admission 2014 online registration and remittance of application fee is 18-11-2014. Last date of receipt of application is 19-11-2014. Eligibility For Kerala B.Pharm through Lateral Entry Admission 2014
1. Candidates shall have studied Diploma in Pharmacy in an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India and shall have passed the diploma examination conducted by the State Board of D. Pharm Examinations or equivalent and must have a minimum of 505 aggregate marks for the D. Pharm Part II examination.
2. A relaxation of 5% marks in the qualifying examination will be allowed to Socially and Educationally Backward Classes/OEC candidates. For candidates belonging to SC/ST community a pass in the qualifying examination will be sufficient.
3. All candidates shall have obtained registration with Pharmacy Council and the registration certificate is to be produced at the time of counseling OR All candidates shall have applied for registration with Pharmacy Council and the proof thereof is to be produced at the time of counseling.
Age: There is no upper age limit for admission to the course.

For General candidates : Rs.500/-
For SC / ST candidates : Rs.250/-
Application fee can be remitted by all applicants at any of the Federal Bank branches in Kerala, using the chalan generated online during the process of submission of Profile Registration through www.lbscentre.in. The last date for remittance of application fee is 18.11.2014.
How to Apply : Eligible candidates can apply online throgh the the website www.lbscentre.in on or before 18-10-2014. The printout of the filled application form along with office copy of the challan receipt, self attested copies of marklists, certificates/documents should be send to The Director, LBS Centre for Science & Technology, Extra Police Road, Nandavanam, Palayam, Thiruvananthapuram – 695033, Kerala on or before 19-11-2014, 5:00 PM. Certificates/ documents to be submitted along with the application
i. True copy of the S.S.L.C book or any relevant school records to prove date of birth.
ii. True copy of the mark list of D.Pharm Part I & Part II examination.
iii. Diploma in Pharmacy certificate from the Board of D.Pharm Examination, Directorate of
Medication Education, Government of Kerala or any other Board/University approved by Pharmacy Council of India.
iv. True copy of the certificate of Registration with Pharmacy Council or receipt of submission of application with Pharmacy Council
v. Any one of the certificates to prove nativity as mentioned in the Application Form.
vi. Certificates in support of claim for Communal Reservation, if any, in the Application Form.
vii. Inter-Caste marriage certificate, if applicable.
viii. Any other documents mentioned in the Notification of the Director of Medical Education.
