Employment Exchanges services like Employment registration, renewal, Addition of qualification/experience, Re-Registration, Registration Transfer can be done through the online portal www.eemployment.kerala.gov.in. but the certificates, in original, are to be produced in the Employment Exchange with in 90 days to avail seniority from the date of registration.

How to Register Employment Exchange Online?

Visit the website www.eemployment.kerala.gov.in
Use the link "jobseeker registration" and enter profile details
Enter the information like name, login id, mobile number, dob, password and email address etc.
click on the button "Create Account"
Login creation is completed.

After Login creation candidates can login using the username and password. After the online registration, all certificates in original are to be produced in the Employment Exchange with in 90 days to avail seniority from the date of registration.

How to renew employment registration online?

Go to website www.eemployment.kerala.gov.in
Use the link "Renewal"
Select the district, exchange and enter the registration number, dob.
click on the button "Get details" and renew the registration.

What are the original documents to be produced in Employment Exchange for verification?

Certificate to prove the place of residence
Certificate to prove age.
Certificate to prove caste if they belong to reservation communities.
Certificates and mark list to prove educational qualification/experience.
In case of disabled persons, Medical Certificates to prove Disability,
Certificates to prove marital status to claim benefits given to Widows/divorced/ Unmarried and over 35 years of age, inter caste marriage etc
