Candidates who have applied for MGU B.Ed Admission and who got allotment need remit the fee due to University through the online payment gate way available in the website.

After remitting the fee the candidate could download the Allotment memo. Take a print out of this allotment memo to produce at the time of reporting to the college. The allotment memo will have all the details of the current allotment.

The allotment memo can be downloaded by clicking on the link "Click here to print your Allotment Memo" and should be produced before the Principal of the College to which the candidate is allotted.

The students should report to the colleges allotted on or before 16/08/2023, 4.00 pm and should produce the following documents for verification.

1. Allotment memo downloaded from the University CAP Portal
2. The originals of the gradecards/marklist(s) of the qualifying examination.
3. TC and Conduct Certificate in original from the institution last studied.
4. Certificate in Original in support of caste/communal reservation
5. Programme wise Eligibility/Equivalency Certificate from MG University for those who have qualified from other Universities
6. NCC/NSS Certificates in original, if applicable.
7. Certificate in original in proof of Ex-Servicemen/Dependent from Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer concerned, if applicable
8. Non-creamy layer Certificate/BPL Certificate in original issued by the competent authority in the case of candidates who claim reservation under SEBC category /Economically Backward among Forward Communities.

Admission confirmation, Payment and Chances to get higher options/colleges

Candidates who wish to join the college on the date specified can cancel their remaining options fully or partially or change the priority of their remaining options before the date specified. A candidate, not interested in any further allotments, must cancel all his/her/her options before the specified date, failing which, the options will remain live and will be considered for further allotments, if any.

Candidates who take permanent admission in the college on the date specified can cancel their remaining higher options. Candidates who wish to retain their higher options need not submit any document or remit any fee while reporting at the college during first allotment. Candidates can rearrange/delete options on 04/07/2023.
