Industrial Training Department (ITD) Government of Kerala will be conducted a mega job fair named SPECTRUM Job Fair 2025 at nodal ITIs across Kerala on May 22nd to 30th, 2025. Candidates who want to participate the ITI job fair 2025 must register on the DWMS Connect app and apply for the desired district-level job fair. Registration steps and other details are given below.

The Spectrum Job Fair 2025 is a district level job fair for final year ITI trainees and those who have completed apprenticeships. It's organized by the Kerala Knowledge Economy Mission (KKEM).

Candidates : ITI trainees and apprentices.
Dates: May 22nd to 30th, 2025.
Location: Nodal ITIs in each district.
Registration: Through the DWMS Connect app and applying for the desired district-level job fair. Spot Registration is also available. Other details are available at district level ITI centers.

Spectrum Job Fair 2025 - Candidates should bring the following documents
Candidate shall take a print out of his/her profile from the portal and should bring a copy of the filled online registration form.
Candidate should report at the job fair venue at the prescribed time.
Candidate should bring copies of his/her resume, educational qualification proof, experience proof, ID amd Address proof, and photographs.
Some companies may conduct aptitude test before job interview. So, candidates should come prepared to take aptitude tests, if any, as well.
